PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

  • Bid and contract for snow removal, lawn maintenance, trash removal, pool care and other regularly occurring expenses

  • Review insurance with master deed and insurance agent and acquire
    appropriate quotes

  • Fill out condo questionnaire, provide meeting minutes and provide updated budget/financials for lenders

  • File all required annual reports with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs

  • Conduct a property walk through each year with the association board

  • Issue violation notices as directed

  • Review master deed once per year for conflicts and potential issues

  • Update association roster as changes occur

  • Prepare and disperse annual meeting notices and board solicitation notices

  • Fill out required forms and notices for title companies/REALTORS® for the sale of a property

RESERVE

  • Conduct and update reserve study as needed

  • Assist architectural review committee as needed

  • Meet with landscape/beautification committee and acquire estimates for special projects as needed
