PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Bid and contract for snow removal, lawn maintenance, trash removal, pool care and other regularly occurring expenses

Review insurance with master deed and insurance agent and acquire
appropriate quotes -
Fill out condo questionnaire, provide meeting minutes and provide updated budget/financials for lenders

File all required annual reports with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs

Conduct a property walk through each year with the association board

Issue violation notices as directed

Review master deed once per year for conflicts and potential issues

Update association roster as changes occur

Prepare and disperse annual meeting notices and board solicitation notices

Fill out required forms and notices for title companies/REALTORS® for the sale of a property
RESERVE
-
Conduct and update reserve study as needed

Assist architectural review committee as needed
-
Meet with landscape/beautification committee and acquire estimates for special projects as needed
