LASR Vacant Home Services provide owners the comfort of knowing their home is being monitored to ensure everything is how you left it when you return!

  • Repairs and/or services needed at the property will be managed through LASR staff. This includes
    sourcing trusted vendors, coordinating required services, and providing on-site capability when needed.

  • Water maintenance - run water in all faucets, tubs and shower, and flush all toilets. Check the basement, where applicable, for signs of water and salt levels in water softener.

  • Both the refrigerator and freezer will be checked to ensure they are working correctly.

  • Ensure all doors and windows are locked and all security lights/services are operational.

  • Check ceiling, all doors and windows for any cracks or damages.

  • Check for signs on bugs or infestation.

  • Check the mailbox for any mail/paper that needs to be brought into the home.

  • Owner communication is managed through our Digital Owner Platform. This includes automated SMS texts following property visits and a detailed report in the Owner Dashboard.
